GlossRoster Terms of Use.

These terms explain the ground rules for customers, professionals, and visitors using the GlossRoster founding-launch website.

Using GlossRoster

By using GlossRoster or submitting a form, you agree to use accurate information, follow these terms, and comply with applicable law. Professional applications and appointment requests are intended for adults age 18 and older. Do not misuse secure links, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, scrape private data, or attempt to access another user's records.

Professional account security

Professional account access is limited to approved application emails. Professionals are responsible for keeping that email account and signed-in devices secure, using only their own login codes, and signing out of shared devices. Do not share a code or session with another person. Notify GlossRoster promptly if an approved email or device may be compromised so active sessions can be revoked.

GlossRoster's role

GlossRoster helps customers discover independent beauty professionals and send appointment requests. Professionals are independent businesses, not employees or agents of GlossRoster. Approval means GlossRoster reviewed the application, public profile, and publication permissions; it is not a guarantee of a professional's licensing, insurance, results, safety, or future conduct. Customers should ask any questions needed before receiving a service.

Appointments and availability

An appointment request is not confirmed until the professional accepts it and the customer confirms the final time. Professionals control their schedules, services, prices, preparation instructions, deposit rules, cancellation policies, and service decisions. Either side should communicate changes promptly through the secure appointment tools or direct contact information provided for the booking.

Founding Professional offer

The first 200 approved professional profiles published by GlossRoster receive a founding-member number and 12 consecutive months without a profile subscription or listing fee. The complimentary period begins on the profile's first publication date and continues even if the professional later pauses or unpublishes the profile. Applying, approval, or onboarding alone does not reserve a spot. After the complimentary period, an eligible founder may choose to continue a continuously active base membership for $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Optional future add-ons are separate. Billing will not begin unless the professional separately enrolls, sees the billing terms, and authorizes a payment method. Canceling and later returning may end eligibility for the locked founder price.

Payments

GlossRoster does not currently collect or process appointment payments, deposits, refunds, or tips. Any appointment payment arrangement is made directly between the customer and the professional. Professional membership billing is also not active yet; when it opens, the price, renewal timing, and cancellation controls will be shown before enrollment. Confirm the final service price, deposit terms, accepted payment method, and refund or cancellation policy before sending appointment money. GlossRoster will never ask for a verification fee, gift card, cryptocurrency transfer, or account password to release funds.

Verified reviews

Only a customer connected to a completed GlossRoster appointment may submit one review for that booking. Reviews must describe the customer's genuine experience and may not contain threats, harassment, spam, impersonation, private contact or payment information, or knowingly false claims. GlossRoster does not require positive reviews and does not rewrite review text. Reviews and professional responses may be held, hidden, or removed for authenticity, privacy, safety, or policy reasons—not because a rating is unfavorable.

Profiles, photos, and other content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give GlossRoster permission to store, review, format, and display content only as needed to operate the features you requested. Professionals are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for profile photos, portfolio work, business names, links, and descriptions. GlossRoster may unpublish content when ownership, consent, accuracy, or safety is disputed.

Safety and reports

Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, dangerous conduct, sexual misconduct, and misuse of another person's information are not allowed. Customers and professionals can submit private reports connected to a booking. GlossRoster may review related booking records, contact the people involved, limit platform access, or preserve information when reasonably needed to investigate. GlossRoster is not an emergency service; contact emergency services first if someone is in immediate danger.

Availability and responsibility

GlossRoster is provided during an evolving founding launch and may change, pause, or experience interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlossRoster does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific professional outcome, or that every dispute between a customer and independent professional can be resolved through the platform.

Enforcement and changes

GlossRoster may reject applications, unpublish profiles, restrict features, remove content, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an updated effective date means the revised terms apply going forward.
