Beauty should feel safe.
GlossRoster gives customers and professionals clear expectations, private reporting tools, and verified booking records when something needs review.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service before submitting a platform report.
Before an appointment
Use the professional's published GlossRoster page, review the service details, and confirm the final price, location, preparation instructions, deposit policy, and cancellation rules. Tell someone you trust where you are going when meeting a professional for the first time. Avoid sharing sensitive financial, medical, identity-document, or account information through booking notes.
Payment safety
GlossRoster does not currently process customer payments. A professional may have their own legitimate deposit policy, so confirm it before paying. GlossRoster will never ask for a verification fee, gift card, cryptocurrency, remote device access, or your banking password. Stop and report any request that feels deceptive or unrelated to the service.
Community expectations
Customers and professionals must communicate honestly and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, stalking, sexual misconduct, fraud, retaliation, intentional no-shows, and misuse of private information are not allowed. Professionals should provide services only within their training and any licensing requirements that apply to them.
Verified reviews
One review becomes available only after a confirmed GlossRoster appointment is marked complete. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. GlossRoster moderates reviews and professional responses for authenticity, privacy, safety, and policy violations—not star rating—and does not rewrite a reviewer's words.
How to report a concern
Customers can open the secure appointment link from their GlossRoster email and choose Report a concern. Professionals can report a customer from the private professional portal. Reports go only to the owner's Trust & Safety dashboard. Include clear facts and preserve relevant messages or receipts, but do not upload highly sensitive documents through the report form.
What GlossRoster can do
GlossRoster may review connected booking records, contact the people involved, document follow-up, hide disputed content, unpublish a profile, restrict access, or preserve information for safety and legal needs. Because professionals are independent businesses, GlossRoster cannot guarantee refunds, replace emergency services, or decide every private payment dispute.
Outside consumer support
If a direct service or payment dispute cannot be resolved, South Carolina consumers can review complaint resources from the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs ↗. Using GlossRoster's report tool does not prevent either party from contacting appropriate authorities or consumer-protection resources.
