Privacy at GlossRoster.
This notice explains what information GlossRoster collects during its Greenville founding launch and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you submit a professional application, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, service area, specialty, experience, services, social-media or portfolio links, and the business information you choose to share. Approved professionals may separately provide a public display name, bio, prices, booking links, profile images, image descriptions, and publication permissions. For professional account access, we record one-way-protected login codes, session identifiers, account-activation time, and last sign-in time; GlossRoster does not store account passwords or readable copies of login codes. We also record founding-member numbers, complimentary-period dates, membership status, and—only after optional paid enrollment becomes available—billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by our payment processor. GlossRoster does not store full card numbers. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, subject, and message. When you request an appointment, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, requested service, preferred date and time, and any notes you provide. After a completed appointment, we may collect a rating, written review, professional response, or private safety and service report.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review professional applications, verify approved professional sign-ins, keep professional sessions active, assign and administer the Founding 200 offer, send application and status emails, invite approved professionals to onboarding, prepare and review public profiles, route appointment requests to the selected professional, send confirmations and schedule-change notices, maintain appointment history, invite verified reviews, moderate reviews and professional responses, investigate private reports, release inactive time slots, respond to questions, improve GlossRoster, prevent misuse, and operate the launch program.
When information is shared
Application and contact information is kept in the private GlossRoster review system. Appointment-request details are shared with the professional you selected through email and their private professional portal, and are visible to the authorized GlossRoster owner for support and tracking. Published reviews display a shortened customer name, rating, review text, service, appointment month, and any approved professional response; private reports and owner notes are not published. We do not sell submitted information. We may use service providers that help us host files, operate the platform, and deliver transactional email, or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Reviews and trust reports
Only a customer with a completed GlossRoster booking can submit one verified review for that appointment. Reviews and professional responses remain private until GlossRoster approves them and may be hidden or removed for privacy, safety, authenticity, or policy reasons. Customers and professionals may privately report concerns connected to a booking. GlossRoster may review booking history, report details, contact information, and related records to investigate and document a resolution. The reporting tool is not an emergency service.
Public profiles
Submitting an application does not publish your information. Approved professionals receive a private onboarding link and choose the exact profile information and images intended for display. A profile is not published until the professional confirms image rights and publication permission and GlossRoster completes a final review.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while it is needed for application review, launch planning, support, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using our contact form.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, restrict the application dashboard to the authorized owner account, and let approved professionals sign in with single-use codes sent to their approved email. Professional sessions expire and can be revoked; legacy professional access links and customer appointment links also expire and expose only the information needed for that role. Codes and secure links should not be shared or forwarded. No online system can promise absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive financial, medical, or identity-document information.
Age and changes
GlossRoster's professional application is intended for adults age 18 and older. We may update this notice as the platform grows; the effective date above will change when we do.
